“I started my career at Associated Materials as an intern in our West Salem, Ohio, facility. They offered me flexibility while I finished school at Ashland University and provided training for several different positions. After graduating, I transferred to our Corporate headquarters, where I work today as an Inventory Planner. Associated Materials has provided me with every opportunity to learn and grow.”

Derek Koch, Inventory Planner at Associated Materials, has been with the company for a little over a year. He notes his growth has been in large part due to the company’s investment in its employees.
